Filters MUST be replaced at least twice a year. Anything beyond that would require professional help.
We have annual and semiannual preventive maintenance programs. Certified technicians will perform a clean-up of all equipment. Refrigerant will be inspected for the right pressure and will be injected if pressure is low. Addionally, thorough inspection will then reveal what system components need to be changed for optimum performance and lower utility bills. The most important benefit is to avoid a break down of your air conditioner on the hottest day of summer or your furnace on the coldest day of winter.

We can install snow melt system for your driveway as well.
Yes! Our multi-zone system allows you to control different temperatures of different rooms fed by the same system. Motorized dampers controlled by the specific thermostat would change the flow of air to the space to provide the desired temperture. We can program the system to provide cooling or heating of different temperatures for different spaces with a reasonable time delay.
On the other hand, our Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system can provide heating AND cooling of different temperatures for multiple spaces simultaneously.
Yes, Comfort Temperature Zone has unique solutions to old buildings that were never designed with centralized air conditioner. Small, high speed duct pipes can be installed to provide a central heating and air conditioning system.
Yes! A snow melting system can be installed in finished driveways; however, the driveway will need to be redone to install the system.
